The location was great. I was disappointed that breakfast was not served until 8:00, and I had to request it to be brought out. I loved the room and the view, and it was awesome to have access to a washer and dryer in my room.

The convenience of the location for the purpose of staying in Tachikawa. The place is clean, severe a very good breakfast, close to the station and monorail, staff very kind.

Friendly and helpful staff, luggage drop off prior to check-in, clean facilities and room, washer/drier, free skincare/bath supplies, heating/AC, fridge in room, bed comfortable, close to restaurants and walking distance to station and park

The room was cozy but clean and comfortable, and in a quiet neighbourhood but still just a short walk to the Tachikawa JR station. The staff were very friendly, (they let me check in early!). Especially useful were the laundry machines on my floor which were seriously appreciated! The breakfast was also excellent.

The room was soo cozy and comfy! I loved the bed with all of the pillows!! Bathroom was also spacious!! The staff were very kind and could speak English! I will definitely stay here again!!!

The queen bed is really a queen bed instead of super single like some hotels. They provide neck support pillows too! Love the bidet too!

The hotel room is tidy, clean and spacious. We came to the hotel by car, the staff was so nice to secure the parking place for us in advance. So good that we could share a twin room with two kids. Thank you!

Fantastic staff; location was okay for what we needed to do; room and facilities were very clean and we had no issues with our bedroom for a family of 5 with multiple luggages.
